We should not start with a large public program too early.
First, we need a credible base: people who can execute, experts who can guide, governance that builds trust, local partners who make it real in Rabwah, and supporters who fund the first pilot. The Founding Circle creates the foundation before we scale. Its members also form the future oversight of Rabwah2045: governance is built from the circle itself, so the initiative does not depend on one person.

What we ask from members
Focused, high-leverage contributions: structured calls, reviews, introductions or written feedback. We provide context before each request so your time is used efficiently. Members can start small and expand their involvement over time.
One successful startup can create jobs. One strong mentor can change a founder's path. One connected ecosystem can change the future of a city.
First pilot target
€50,000 to €100,000 launches the first complete pilot.
The Pilot Support Pool finances the first serious execution phase: the AI Founder Fellowship, the 6-month Startup Pilot, the startup hub, local coordination, tools, legal setup and transparent reporting. A realistic working scenario is €75,000:

Funding is released on proof, not promises. If a team does not meet a milestone, the next tranche is not released and the funds stay in the program.
Beyond donations: a capital engine for Rabwah.
The Pilot Support Pool creates proof. In parallel, Rabwah2045 is preparing the Social Business Fund: an investment vehicle on social business principles, where investors can receive back at most their original investment and all gains are reinvested into Rabwah's ecosystem. The legal structure is currently in preparation; no investments are being solicited before legal review is complete.
