Startup School

For everyone who wants to learn how startups are built.

A free weekly online session, every Thursday (60 minutes, 16:00 UTC / 21:00 Pakistan). Practical founder lessons, guest experts and one concrete challenge each week: interview customers, design an offer, contact prospects, build an MVP. Open to people in Rabwah, the global diaspora, and anyone who shares the mission.

AI Founder Fellowship

For serious founder teams of two or more.

An 8-week selection and validation program: problem discovery, at least 20 customer interviews, AI opportunity design, MVP planning, business model and a final pitch. At least one founder per team works from Rabwah during required program days.

Startup Pilot

For the 3-5 strongest teams from the Fellowship.

Six months of building with mentors, the startup hub and milestone-based funding. Support is released in stages: company formation, MVP and customer validation, early traction. No milestone, no next tranche. Selected teams establish a Pakistan Private Limited Company with its principal place of business in Rabwah.

Social Business Fund

For proven teams ready to scale.

The long-term capital engine of Rabwah2045: follow-on investment of €20,000 to €50,000 into the strongest companies, on social business principles. Returns are not distributed; they flow back into future cohorts and the ecosystem. The legal structure is currently in preparation.
