Privacy policy

This policy informs you, in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, which personal data is processed when you visit rabwah2045.com, for what purpose, on which legal basis, and what rights you have. Last updated: 3 October 2026.

01

Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is K. Nadeem Arif, operating as Rabwah2045, Breslauer Str. 1a, 64521 Groß-Gerau, Germany. Email: info@rabwah2045.com. No data protection officer has been appointed, as the legal requirements for doing so are not met.

02

Principles and legal bases

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website and for the purposes described here. The legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent), (b) (contract or pre-contractual steps), (c) (legal obligation) and (f) (legitimate interest). Where we rely on a legitimate interest, we name it in the relevant section.

A transfer to countries outside the EU or EEA can only occur through the services named in sections 04, 05 and 06. No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

03

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Host Europe GmbH, Hansestraße 111, 51149 Köln, Germany, in a data centre in Europe. A data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Host Europe. Details: Host Europe privacy policy.

When you open a page, your browser automatically transmits data that is stored in server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, amount of data transferred, status code, previously visited page (referrer), browser type and operating system. The purpose is to deliver the page and to keep operations secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and uninterrupted operation of the website. Logs are deleted or anonymised after seven days unless longer retention is required to investigate a security incident.

Fonts, images and documents are stored on our own server. No third-party web fonts, videos from external platforms or maps are loaded.

04

Software libraries via unpkg

To display the pages, your browser loads the open-source library React from the content delivery network unpkg.com. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to the operator of this network, possibly also to servers outside the EU. No cookies are set. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the reliable technical display of the website.

05

The contact form is provided by Airtable (Formagrid Inc., San Francisco, USA). Your details are stored on Airtable's servers in the USA. The transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses agreed with Airtable. We use your message only to answer you and delete it six months after our last reply.

If you write to us directly by email or WhatsApp, we process the information contained in your message. We use this data solely to handle and answer your request.

The legal basis is your consent according to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give by ticking the box in the form, and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request aims at a collaboration. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email to info@rabwah2045.com. We delete the data once your request has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligation applies, at the latest twelve months after the last contact.

06

Applications and Startup School waitlist

When you apply for a voluntary role or join the Startup School waitlist, we process the details you enter in the form, including your CV if you upload one. We use them only to assess your application or to inform you about the Startup School.

The forms are provided by Airtable (Formagrid Inc., San Francisco, USA). Your details are stored on Airtable's servers in the USA. The transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses agreed with Airtable.

We delete application data six months after we have decided on your application, unless you take on a role with us. Waitlist data is deleted when you ask us to, or when we no longer run the Startup School.

If you tick the box for updates, we add your email address to our update list. The list is run with Brevo, an email service based in France. You confirm your address once by email, and every update has a link to unsubscribe. This box is optional. Your application or waitlist entry does not depend on it.

You can ask us at any time to delete your details or withdraw your consent. Write to info@rabwah2045.com.

07
