About the role

Rabwah2045 is building a remote-first, AI-enabled startup ecosystem in Rabwah, Pakistan, step by step until 2045. The founder leads it from Germany, together with an international circle of advisors and mentors. We need one person who keeps the work moving, including on days when the founder cannot take part.

What you do

1. 01Organise the work with the founder and keep track of what is open.
2. 02Prepare and moderate the weekly Startup School sessions, so they also run without the founder.
3. 03Find entrepreneurs in the Rabwah diaspora, explain the program to them and send them our documents.
4. 04Help find new mentors and strategic advisors.
5. 05Stay in touch with candidates in Rabwah and coordinate them.
6. 06Support the setup of our planned non-profit company in Germany (gemeinnützige GmbH).

Who you are

1. 01You have roots in Pakistan, ideally in Rabwah, and you grew up or studied in Europe.
2. 02Your English is very good, and you communicate clearly.
3. 03You studied computer science, or you are strongly interested in AI.
4. 04You understand what Rabwah2045 wants to build, and you stand behind it.
5. 05LinkedIn experience helps, because much of our contact with mentors runs there. It is not required.

About the role

Most people who could help Rabwah2045 have never heard of it. You change that, with regular posts about the people, the progress and the city.

What you do

1. 01Create and publish posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and our WhatsApp channel.
2. 02Run these channels on your own: plan, post, answer comments.
3. 03Make short videos for TikTok and Instagram, filmed or made with AI tools.
4. 04Build a small team of post and video creators and guide them.
5. 05Later: send our email newsletter to everyone who signed up for updates.

Who you are

1. 01You have roots in Pakistan, ideally in Rabwah, in the country or abroad.
2. 02You have run social media channels before and can show us your work.
3. 03You work on your own and take responsibility for the result.
4. 04Newsletter experience is a plus.

About the role

Everyone who joins Rabwah2045 works in Microsoft Teams, and the Startup School will run there too. You set this up and keep it running.

What you do

1. 01Set up our Microsoft 365 workspace and the Teams structure for the team and the Startup School.
2. 02Create accounts for new team members and manage their access.
3. 03Prepare the online meetings for the weekly sessions.
4. 04Help team members when something does not work.

Who you are

1. 01You have administered Microsoft 365 and Teams before.
2. 02You have roots in Pakistan. You can live in Rabwah or anywhere else.
3. 03You explain technical things in simple words.

About the role

The Startup School is our free weekly online program for future founders. You make sure every session takes place.

What you do

1. 01Invite the participants and send reminders before each session.
2. 02Prepare the session with the speaker and share the link.
3. 03Keep track of who takes part and who hands in the weekly task.
4. 04Collect questions from participants and pass them on.

Who you are

1. 01You have roots in Rabwah or Pakistan.
2. 02You are organised and reliable, week after week.
3. 03You write good English. Urdu helps, because many participants speak it.

About the role

You live in Rabwah and want to help. No experience is needed. We will contact you when we need photos, videos or help with a task, and when the first volunteer groups start.

What you can do

1. 01Translate short texts into Urdu.
2. 02Share our news in local groups.
3. 03Take photos and short videos in the city.
4. 04Help at events in Rabwah.
